Wedding PhotographyPre-Wedding and Portrait Sessions
Before the wedding we will meet you and visit your venues. We will also offer you two pre-wedding shoots (usually one in the studio and one on location). At these shoots we will coach you on how to stand to look at your best - and they are also great opportunities to get to know each other and get you more relaxed in front of the camera.
You are welcome to use some of these shots in your wedding stationery or
a print with a wide mount that your guests can sign on the day.
We will help you with scheduling your day to try and maximise photographic opportunities, etc. If possible try to include a short portrait session away from your guests at some time in the day.
"On the Day" AttendanceOn the day, we will provide you with two wedding photographers in separate cars for the whole day (from Preparations through to just after the First Dance).
We have a mobile studio if we need to light a dark venue, support wet-weather options...or simply set up a novelty photo-booth (guests can walk up to the manned studio and act goofy or glamorous -

Prints and AlbumsOur prints and albums are printed by one of the finest and acclaimed specialist photographic labs.
Disk with all Images of the DayBoth our Wedding Package Options give you a disk with all the shots of the day. Initially (for Wedding Option 1) you will be given lo-res images for you to identify which images you want printed or in your album. Once I have completed my photoshop work on your chosen images I will then give you another disk, this time with hi-res finalised images. I will retain copyright of the images but I will give you permission to make your own prints and use the images on the Internet and social networking sites.
Music VideosWe will create a music video of your best shots set to music. Your best shots will be synchronised to fitting music and have professional transitions edited to high quality production values.
We will send you a link to a lo-res version of the music video which you can forward to your guests and use from within your social networking sites. If you like the video so much you'd like to download it, have it on DVD and play it on your iPhone, then you can order it from us.
If you are having the Digital Only Wedding Option 2, then the price is £75. If you are having the Prints/Album Wedding Option 1, then the price is discounted to £35.
WEDDING TOKENS
We sell Wedding Tokens for your guests to buy so you can
redeem on any wedding extras you choose e.g. prints, canvas, higher spec
album,
hi-res music video and DVD, etc.
All they have to do is contact us,
pay and tell us where they would like the Wedding Token sent.

Delivery TimescalesPrecise delivery times can vary depending my workload and how much coverage we gave you on the day, but these are my aims which I normally manage to achieve:
1. Small number of finalised portraits in lo-res for use on your social networking sites (within a few days of your wedding)
2. Disk of lo-res candidate shots for you to choose which should be printed or in an album (within a few weeks of your wedding - we aim to try and have this for you by the time you return from your honeymoon)
3. Link to lo-res Music Video (within a few weeks of receiving your shot choices)
4. Hi-res Music Video and DVD (within a few days of receiving payment)
5. Email/disk with my proposed album design (within a few weeks of receiving your shot choices)
6. Prints delivered to you (within a week or so of receiving your shot choices)
7. Canvasses (within a month of receiving your shot choices, this should be quicker but our supplier normally takes this long)
8. Albums (within a month of receiving approval of the album design)

Creative Photoshop work is applied to selected portraits as part of this package.
Online Password-Protected Album of selected shots for you and your family to view is also provided as part of this package.

Wedding AlbumsWe have a range of high quality album options. Albums can vary in size and number of pages. Each page can have a different template determining how many photos on each page, their size and layout.
The huge variety of album options means that I have only included the most popular options in my packages above. If your requirements differ from the package albums above then please call me.
Contact me with how much you want to spend on your album and I will give you a list of options available at that price. Alternatively, describe to me how you want your album to be and I will give you a price.
TravelIf your wedding is further than an hour from away from Southampton, then we may need to add reasonable travel expenses to our package price.
